Snowed In but coming soon... Fire within

Sooo what most people who live in Canada know is we are having the worse snow storm in about 10 years. and it happens to be me who has to shovel it over and over again in three different driveways. OH FOR A SNOW BLOWER! I know others help but sometimes it doesn't matter. I still get lot of pain.

Then looking back.....

This week I dodged a work day on Monday. It was ice everywhere but that changed quick. but I still stayed home so that was nice to have a day off of monday for once.

Then Tuesday I got to go skating but the outdoor ice was no good so we played indoor. I almost didn't get to play hockey because there wasn't any helmets left that fit me. but after a bit and talking to the lady there in charge I got to play. and all she said was "its ok just have fun. and be careful" so that was nice of her and man was I happy to not need to wear one. those things stink so much after...... but I won't go there. just to keep you all happy. :)

Wednesday(It was also another snow day) It was more of those days that don't end and start slow. I think the only thing that day I had liked doing I think was church that night. Brought by Christopher. I liked it. It was about my Favorite chapter in the Bible and my favorite verse but sadly he never got to the verse. but anyway it was about True love. and how it is not just hugs its not just "I love you mommy(or daddy)" but also obeying what they say. and listening and teaching others.

Thursday (another snow day, man we get a lot of them) It was even more boring then Wednesday and just to show it I don't have anything to say about it really. but this... I'm only putting caps on the days because I hate red lines. moving on

Friday (Workday) I had to go to work and it was busy. I mean burgers just went on and on. I mean no end to it. even after I left they were still busy. later after work I had to shovel driveways, that made some more pain that I still have. After that bothersome afternoon came youthgroup at woodlavilla (spelling.. leave me alone about this) and it was interesting and if it were Pastor preaching it like normal I don't think It would of ended at 7:30 like the people wanted. not that I have a problem with that. but my Dad had to rush it a bit. the Singing was good as is all the singing I hear by my church and the youthgroup. I enjoy it more then I let on. and for real I like a lot of things that people don't know because I don't talk about it. and I don't like people working it out of me either that tends to make me mad (maybe its just that before was always my sisters doing it).

Saturday (another snow day, they just keep coming and coming) So Chris and me and Dad had more shoveling and I had more work at Wendys again that was interesting. I fear that I may need to leave my work sometime. because the conversation of most of the young people there isn't right. and.... this is something that nothing in life can ready you for. telling someone no when they like you. I fear that that may be an outcome sometime in work. anyways after a bit at work I heard the bell for the back door. but at night only management can answer the door(they both happened to be busy) so head management who was at the back door had to stand in the snow the walk around to the front. we all had a good laugh after that.

Sunday(ANOTHER SNOW DAY, man alive where does it all come from!!) we had to cancel church sunday morning and I had to shovel all morning and because of that I didn't get to have my morning reading of my Bible. so this night I was ashamed when I couldn't lift my hand. but I
'm working on it.

Looking ahead.... I said for the Title snowed in but coming soon.... fire within. by that I mean I am hoping for a work through snow camp and David Bane.(wow that took 4 tries to put the caps on the B) So I'm praying for a work there. another thing of prayer my friend only that is a Christian(I checked) his Dad is traveling so pray so safety.

Well thats it for the night I took longer then I meant to.

Joke of the Day

A doctor of psychology was doing his normal morning rounds when he entered a patient's room.

He found Patient #1 sitting on the floor, pretending to saw a piece of wood in half.

Patient #2 was hanging from the ceiling, by his feet.

The doctor asked patient number 1 what he was doing.

The patient replied, "Can't you see I'm sawing this piece of wood in half?"

The doctor inquired of Patient #1 what Patient #2 was doing.

Patient #1 replied, "Oh. He's my friend, but he's a little crazy. He thinks he's a lightbulb."

The doctor looks up and notices Patient #2's face is going all red.

The doctor asks Patient #1, "If he's your friend, you should get him down from there before he hurts himself"

Patient #1 replies, "What? And work in the dark?"

Good Night everyone. Have fun laughing.

ok, i am not saying anything about your spelling. nothing at all, not a word. wow this is hard, but i wont say a thing.

don't you just love shoveling snow? its good exercise, even though it hurts. it hurts because you are shoveling wrong or your muscles are outa shape or for some other reason i haven't figured out yet. but enjoy all that hard labor, when you guys ever get a snowblower, i am sure you will treasure it :)

The thing for me is that I can never remember if it is WoodLAND or WoodLAWN. One's the nursing home and one's a cemetery, and I keep getting them mixed up.

About the snow...spring is coming. Abby and Lizzie saw geese yesterday.

By the way, your joke is not funny. :)

lol to bad, I thought it was but maybe not. (wolfman hehe) and yes I don't mind shoveling but to much gets bothersome and I'm bringing in wood still all Lifting heavy boxes at work. so it all adds up. I like to be well rested after this week is up.

Could be worse, you know. You could live on a farm (hay bale lifting, wood to cut tote all the way from standing tree to stove length, animals to feed in all kinds of weather). Or your mom could have a wood burning cookstove as well--double the work with wood, and all year round, too. Or you could haul water from the river instead of turning on the faucet.

Let's see...what else would involve lifting? Oh, yeah. You can come here this spring and help dig rocks out of my garden. And help carry shingles when we redo our roof. And...well, maybe now you know how good you have it. 21st century teens typically lead a soft life.

:) :) :)

Oh I never said that I didn't have to or that I have it hard. All I said was it hurts. And Cathy you won't find me giving up on them anytime. I won't because its training me to do better the next time and I can take more of it then too.

Here I will change the joke see if this one is better.

yeah, that one is better. lol

Yeah, that one's better. Now here's a true story:

Dr. McNutt, a doctor on the psychiatric ward, was seen driving along in the rain in his convertible. The top was down, and he was holding an umbrella to keep from getting wet. Observers wondered if he needed a vacation.

Yes, that IS a true story. My dad was one of the observers, and, yes, that IS the doctor's real name. Truth is stranger than fiction.

But the rest of the story explains that the convertible top was not working properly. Dr. McNutt was headed to the garage for repairs when he was caught in a sudden shower.

That is funny to think of the manager outside ringing the bell. Sometimes rules trap the ones who make/implement them. He will make sure the sidewalks are kept clear so he is not getting snow down his shoes.

Thats not very funny, but I kind of like the dark.Any way,how did the Doctor see the patents if it was dark?

I have no clue. its only a joke so I'm not sure how any of it will make sense in the real world.
